I am Sugar Baby. Do I need to pay to use this website?
No. The website is completely FREE for Sugar babies
Can I change my profile from Male to Female or from Female to Male?
No. Once you set your gender you cannot change it. You have to send an email to info@sugarbabyindia.com to change the gender
I have Signed up. But I am unable to login
We manually verify your profile details and photos. If we feel that the profile details or photo is not genuine we may delete the photos and text added by you.
You can start chatting only if your text and photo are approved by admin
I have added Photos and Details. But they are not showing in my profile

You will see Profile Visitors in desktop version and in Mobile version click 3 lines in left hand side and check Visitors icon

What is a Credit purchase option
We give an option to purchase Credits so that you can chat and make Audio and Video calls to users. The Credit options are expensive than Monthly charges
How much credits are used for Chat?
Each chat message costs you 5 credits
How much credits are used for Audio call?
Each Audio call costs you 10 credits
How much credits are used for Video chat?
Video chat costs you 20 credits

Click Allow or Disallow button to enable other users to view the photo.

Currently we accept payments only using Paypal. You don’t need to have a paypal account. You can use the “Pay with Bank account or Credit Card” option below the Login button in Login page.

Is the payment I make is secure?
Paypal is completely secure and used all over the world for making payments
What name will appear in my bank statement?
Your bank statement will not show our website name and will display as Paypal*Charttics
How do I pay without using my personal credit/debit card?
You can use the “Pay with Bank account or Credit Card” option below the Login button in Login page.

Do you offer recurring billing once my membership expires?
No. Currently our payment are not recurring and you can pay whenever you want to use our service
Is there any alternative available to pay other than Paypal?
Sorry. Currently we don’t offer any other service to accept payments.
